Auction & Bidding Policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

Before you bid

Review the lot description, condition disclosures, photographs, location, reserve status, increment and closing time. Request current photographs and any missing records before bidding. A catalogue image or condition grade is not a substitute for inspecting the actual equipment.

Bids must be genuine offers. Do not bid on your own equipment, coordinate artificial bids, or use another person’s account. Sample activity belongs only in explicitly labeled demonstrations.

Maximum bids, reserves and closing

Maximum bidding places bids only as needed up to your ceiling. A bid in the final 2 minutes resets the remaining time to 2 minutes. Watch the updated server closing time.

A leading bid below the reserve does not secure a sale. Each auction cycle is separate; a later cycle does not transfer earlier bids to a different machine. Confirm the stock reference and serial number in your agreement.

Mistakes, outages and agreements

Report a mistaken bid or technical problem immediately to contact@heavylineauctions.us, giving the lot, amount and time. Do not assume a bid has been withdrawn without written confirmation. Applicable legal rights are unaffected.

An agreement may be issued when a bid is placed. A signature does not mean the auction has been won. An agreement issued for a bid becomes operative only for the winning transaction under its terms; being outbid does not create a payment obligation.

Read the Terms of Service and your transaction documents before bidding. Mandatory law prevails over any conflicting website term.
