Inspection, Returns & Warranty

Last updated October 12, 2026

Read the written terms before purchase

Purchases include a 10-day inspection period and a 6-month warranty. Obtain the complete written terms for the specific machine before bidding or paying, including when each period starts, coverage, exclusions, remedies and who pays transport and repair costs.

This summary does not narrow an existing written guarantee or any mandatory legal rights. Keep the version supplied with your agreement.

Reporting a problem

Email contact@heavylineauctions.us with your order number, serial number, delivery date, meter reading, a description of the issue and photographs. You can also call +1 (804) 505-5453. Request written return or repair instructions before shipping equipment or authorizing work.

Notify us in writing within 3 calendar days of discovering a mismatch and no later than the end of the 10-day inspection window. The window begins at 9:00 AM, local time at the delivery address, on the first weekday after delivery.

Inspection terms limit use to condition checks, with a maximum of 5 operating hours or 60 miles beyond the recorded reading. Do not use the machine commercially or alter it while seeking an inspection return.

Refunds and warranty claims

For an accepted inspection return, we arrange collection at our cost and a purchase-price refund within 24 hours of collection for an accepted return. Bank processing time may differ from refund initiation; request written confirmation of the amount and processing reference.

A warranty claim is separate from an inspection return. Provide the fault, meter reading and relevant service records. Request the applicable written warranty, including covered components and exclusions, before purchase. Nothing here removes remedies available under applicable law.
