Quote and dispatch
The delivery estimator uses $0.80 per mile. It is an estimate, not a binding freight quote. Confirm the actual dispatch location, destination, equipment dimensions, permits, access and unloading requirements in writing.
Our estimated delivery window is 2–7 business days delivery within the United States. Route eligibility and timing must be confirmed for the specific order; these are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Delivery is available only within the United States. We do not offer delivery to Canada, Mexico or other countries. Confirm availability for your destination before purchase.
Receiving equipment
Arrange a suitable receiving location and an authorized recipient. Confirm collection availability with the team before making travel arrangements; the current Terms provide delivery through transport partners.
Check the stock reference and serial number, photograph the equipment on arrival, and record visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt. Promptly send the order number and photographs to our support team. Signing a delivery receipt does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
